Prior to implementing Link, the firm was attempting to leverage XPM reports, in conjunction with custom spreadsheets to gain insight into their operations, however the limitations in this approach were apparent.

While their process at the time provided access to data, it fell short on delivering timely, actionable insights. Instead of guesswork, the team now has immediate visibility across the business. “Productivity reports across staff, clients and the firm's performance” are now readily available, alongside the “ability to track WIP and assist with invoicing and workflow,” which Daniel describes as “a huge win.”

The shift has stretched far beyond just saving time, it has enabled better decision-making across the firm. With visibility of their performance, SP Solutions can now evaluate different parts of the business with confidence. As Daniel explains, adopting Link has given SP Solutions the “ability to accurately assess divisions across the business and measure profitability, which greatly assists us with pricing and developing staff incentives.”
