Onboarding
Onboarding is fully managed by our team. Once you give us the green light, we take care of everything from project planning and data cleaning through to training, go-live, and post-launch support.
Our goal is to deliver not just an excellent solution, but an excellent onboarding experience and ongoing support to match.

How Onboarding Works
Once you give us the green light, onboarding is typically completed within 30 days. Below is a high-level view of the process, from project kick-off to go-live and beyond.

Project Kick-off Session
Week 1
We meet to map out the rollout, timing, responsibilities, and key milestones.

Project Review Session
Week 2
We review the setup together and make a plan for future job creation.

Job Creation Session
Week 3
If jobs are being created by spreadsheet import, we will meet to review the spreadsheet.

Team Training Session
Week 4
We train your team to use Link confidently in their day-to-day work.

Go-Live
From today your team will be looking in Link to view their workflow

Adoption Session
Week 5
This Q&A session gives your team a chance to ask questions after they’ve started using Link.
Project Outline
Onboarding is designed to get your firm set up in Link through a clear, structured process from kick-off to team training.
The process includes five 1-hour meetings, plus 2–4 hours of between-session action items for your project champion.
In total, your project champion should allow for an 6–8 hour commitment across the onboarding process. Your team’s commitment is simple: one 1-hour training session before go-live.

World-class Onboarding
"Our onboarding experience was very smooth. The Link team were knowledgeable, responsive, and made the process really easy.
They made sure we were comfortable and knew what we were doing before going live with the platform."

Why Choose Link?
Most workflow apps fall short of giving firms what they need to improve performance. Work is split across different boards, capacity is handled separately, and reporting often changes depending on where you look. The result is fragmented visibility, weak prioritisation, and decisions being made without the structure or accuracy firms actually need.
Link is a workflow app built differently. Your entire year of work sits in a single, searchable view, with drag-and-drop prioritisation and structured allocations that capture who is doing the work, when it is due, and how long it should take. That means workflow is not just organised. It is connected to the inputs that drive capacity, performance, and reporting.
Because Link is built on live capacity and a fully reconciled WIP equation, every layer of insight holds together across client, job, team, and period views. You are not just managing workflow more cleanly. You are building a workflow system with the structure, visibility, and accuracy to make better decisions every day.
